1/2 shot Butterscotch schnapps
1/2 shot Bailey's irish cream

The Butterscotch Schnapps makes up the bottom layer. The top layer of Baileys should be added using a spoon. This is a layered shot.
 
Mind Eraser


2 oz Vodka
2 oz Kahlua 2 oz Tonic water
In a rocks glass pour vodka, the Kahlua and then the tonic water. Serve with a straw.
 
Chocolate Cake Shooter

1/2 shot Absolut Citron
 1/2 shot Frangelico
1 wedge Lemon (sugar-coated)

Mix equal parts Absolut Citron and Frangelico into a shot glass. Drink the shot, and follow it immediately by sucking on a sugar-coated lemon wedge.

Tequilla Slammer



1 oz Tequila
1/2 oz Mountain Dew

Pour tequilla into shot glass. Next pour in Mountain Dew. Hold your hand over the top of the glass and slam it down. The shot SHOULD change color. Take the shot. 

Lemon Drop (Shooter)

My Version is BEST!!!!

1 oz Grey Goose
1/2 Lemon
1 Teaspoon sugar
Preparation:  In a shot glass (1.5 oz size) squeeze 1/4 of the lemon, pour in the sugar, swirl glass as to moisten the inside of glass.  Pour Vodka! Drink shot and suck on the 1/4 lemon moist with sugar!

Kamikaze (Shooter)

1 oz Vodka
1/2 oz Triple Sec
Splash of  Sweet & Sour Mix

In a shaker add 1/2 cup of ice, add all ingredients and shake.  Pour into a shot glass.  Enjoy

Kamikaze (cocktail)

1 oz Vodka
1/2 oz Triple Sec (You may choose Cointreau if you prefer)
1/2 oz Lime Juice
Splash of Sweet & Sour.
Mix all ingredients in a shaker with ice and strain into a Martini Glass.

Jäger Bomb (shooter)

2 oz Jägermeister
4 oz Red Bull

Preparation:

1. Fill a shot glass with Jägermeister.
2. Drop the shot glass into an highball glass, filled with 4 oz of Red Bull.

Blow Job (Shooter)

1/2 oz Khalua
1/2 oz Baileys
Whipped Cream
Preparation:  In a 21/2 shooter glass pour Khalua and Baileys.  Top with Whipped Cream
The customary way to shoot a Blow Job is to place your hands behind your back, pick the glass up with your mouth, tilt your head back and drink.

Hurricane (Cocktail)

In a 12 0z Glass,
add Ice.
In a mixing glass, add:
1/2 Scoop Ice
1 oz Rum
1 oz Dark Rum
2 oz Sweet & Sour
2 oz Pineapple Juice
2 oz Orange Juice
1/2 oz Grenadine Syrup
Shake and then strain into 12 oz  Glass.
Top off with Bacardi 151.
Garnish with a Cherry and a Pineapple Wedge.  ENJOY!

Michelada (Mi Chela Helada)

The word Michelada is the combination of the words "mix" and "chela"

The word "chela" is a popular way to call a beer in Mexico. It comes from the English word "chill". When you ask for a chela you are asking for a cold beer. "Mix" comes from the mix of sauces added to the beer. Therefore putting the two words together Mix-chela sounds like Michelada. Others argue that it stands for "Mi Chela Helada", meaning "My cold beer".

Here's my version of the RECIPE

12 oz Corona Extra
2 oz Clamato Juice
Juice of 1/2 Fresh Lime
2 dashes of Worcestershire sauce
3 dashes of cholula hot sauce
1/2 Cup of Ice
sprinkle of salt & pepper

Preparation: 

Salt the rim of a 16 oz chilled beer mug.  Pour the Clamato Juice (or Tomato Juice), add hot sauce , and Worcestershire sauce.  Stir.  Squeeze lime and drop into the mug.  Add about 1/2 cup of Ice.  Pour in beer.  Sprinkle Salt & Pepper.  Serve with a Sprig of Cilantro and a wedge of Lime.  Enjoy
